Creating and delivering a custom mobility solution can be complex and time consuming. Fortunately, American Seating & Mobility specialists are there to provide your patient with the best possible solution to his or her long-term needs. We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of each situation to see how assistive technology can support the patient. Assessment is provided at the patient's convenience in the facility, patient's home, physician's office, or an American Seating & Mobility Branch.
Ensuring equipment payment by the insurance carrier is always a concern of our customers. Our experienced and professional Customer Service and Billing Department experts will work with insurance companies to provide equipment at little or no cost to the patient. If payment beyond insurance is required we will do our absolute best to relieve concerns and make that information available in an efficient and timely manner.
Final fitting & customization is an on-going process. ‘Final’ is probably not a very accurate term for the type of fitting and service we provide. Many of our customers have progressive and changing conditions. We will set up times to visit with our customers and make adjustments to programming, back angle and positioning device placement. We work as hard as we can to ensure your comfort, safety and independence.
American Seating & Mobility provides continuous service to ensure your equipment is always performing at its best. When you purchase equipment from us, regular follow-up and enduring service are an integral part of your purchase. Our full-time technical support staff is factory trained and certified – so your equipment will be excellently maintained and serviced regularly. We make house calls and have a full rental/loaner fleet of chairs so you can remain independent while your equipment is being repaired.
